We have just released our new CD "In A Forbidden Place" for
ON/OFF-Tortilla Records (TORT002), and expect to bring you up to higher
levels of . The record contains the lucky number of 13 songs, which were recorded in the time span between 1996 and 1998. The sound is definitely Space Cakes, although probably more varied than before, representing a mix between Prisoners/JTQ Hammond-mod and garage, between surf and English pop. The use of Hammond organ and Mini Moog brings these tracks somewhat closer in time than the native reference to the 60's psychedelic and garage music that have always been our source of inspiration. |  |
